Hi,
In my opinion a lip-lift combined with high quality medium viscosity lip fillers for the upper and lower lips would do the job for you.

I do not recommend lip implants. After the widely accepted and reliable filler applications there is almost no need to use lip implants anymore.

Hi,
You definitely do not need a lip lift at the moment in my opinion,
You need slight nasal dorsal and glabeller augmentation and correction of nasal tip to give more definition.
You may consider buccal fat pad removal to give better cheekbones definition and maybe a underchin lipo to increase relative chin projection.
After the operations you may consider other procedures or injectable fillers to emphasize the jawline.

There are a few studies to analyze the effects of Isotretinoin on scars.
In summary there are 2 approaches:
1. Some doctors say that Isotretinoin is safe to use before and after the surgery without significant increase in uncontrolled scar formation (overactive proliferative phase)
2. Some doctors say you should stop using Isotretinoin at least 1 month before the surgery and you should not use it for 3-6 months after the surgery.

Hi,
After doing hi-def lipo we highly recommend to use this kind of early dressings for 1 week. Later the skin re-drapes that the normal internal wound healing processes would overtake and the lines may look too obvious at first but usually after the 3rd month the softening of the internal scarring starts to yield better results.
But of course the management of every plastic surgeon is different and you should consult to your own surgeon for his approach.

My prediction depending on your medical history and photos is you have a fat and tissue necrosis possibly because of overuse of vaser or another problem that you already have before the procedure.

If you are happy with the results of the fillers I strongly advise you to continue having filler injections.

Hi, You look like a good candidate but still it depends on your expectations. You seem to have a round nasal tip with thick skin on the tip, your nasal alae (wings) seem a bit thick. This would decrease the expected tip definition after the surgery.
