I expect some collapse
of the breast following explantation. The presence of an implant effaces
or stretches out the overlying breast tissue, soft tissue and skin. Following
removal, the empty space will collapse upon itself. However, over time, at
least partial correction is achieved naturally as the skin and soft tissues

It is best not to travel for at least a week or two after your procedure. Lower extremity thrombophlebitis and pulmonary embolism are rare but significant complications. During your flight it is best to walk about the cabin every hour or so to prevent venous stasis.
It is best to ask your plastic surgeon this question as he / she is aware of any other factors which may influence your length of stay.
