I am sorry to hear of your situation.  I do not trust fat grafting because the results are very unpredictable.  It is hard to say what should be done in your case because i do not see any photos, and an in person exam is best.  However usually pocket tightening (capsulorraphy) and maybe removal of some skin in the inframammary fold region is often an option.  I would recommend you seek in person consultations with board certified plastic surgeons in your area for more detailed information.

You are still young so I would hold off on a lower face and neck lift for several years.  That being said if you have enough laxity with physical exam that would be my recommendation (either now of in several years).  Make sure you go to a Board Certified Plastic surgeon who performs a lot of face and neck lift surgeries and ask to see a lot of before and after photos.  Best of luck to you.

If you have enough of your own breast tissue to get you the desired bra cup size then I would recommend an explanation with a lift.  It appears to be that no implant would be needed but it is difficult to say without an in person exam.  Best of luck to you. 
Is it normal to feel like you have more actual breast tissue than implants when they were over 400cc

Thank you for your question, although it is a tough one to answer without at least a picture.  You could in fact have more breast tissue than the 400 cc implants, especially if there has been any weight gain since your surgery 3 years ago.  If you are uncertain about your breasts I would recommend going back to your surgeon for an exam.  You should be able to see him/her without a cost since they did surgery on you.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question and photos.  I agree that you do not need a lift to achieve a nice cosmetic result.  Before you schedule surgery make sure you see a lot of before and after photos from the surgeon you are wanting to select.  If the pocket is created correctly and your lower inframammary fold is lowered and expanded you should have a nice result with just implants.  Seek more in person consultations with board certified plastic surgeons if you are still not sold on the surgeon you...

In general you need to be 22 years old to have the warranty associated with silicone implants.  There are some indications however where younger patients qualify for silicone implants but this would require an in person exam by a board certified plastic surgeon.  If you don’t qualify and you want silicone I would wait.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question and photo.  For the best correction I would recommend a modified lift with implant, but you can certainly get away with an augmentation alone to give you more fullness and help correct asymmetry.  Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of breast surgeries for more information.  Best of luck to you.

The amount of skin laxity you have appears normal.  I would NOT recommend a facelift (or even a mini lower face lift).  I would do procedures like Vivace or Ultherapy to help stimulate collagen, which will also help prevent skin sagging down the road. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question and photos.  In order to achieve your desired end result I would recommend a lift (even a modified lift) with an implant.  If you go to a board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of lifts then you should get an excellent result and your scars should end up being very difficult to see.  Make sure you also look at a lot of before/after photos of that surgeons work.  Best of luck to you.

I am sorry that you had surgery and are dissatisfied with your result.  I think you would benefit from a revision lift on both sides, but mainly the left side to reduce the areola size.  I would recommend a lift on both sides to best help correct asymmetry but also to bring both your breasts up on your chest.  Make sure you search out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that performs a lot of revision breast surgeries and lifts.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question and photos.  I think you will get a nice aesthetic result with a small implant.  A lift alone would only make your breasts "perkier" but not increase the volume, which you need to get the end result you wish to achieve.  Make sure you go to board certified plastic surgeon that performs a lot of breast augmentations and look at a ton of before/after photos before you make your selection.  Best of luck to you.

Yes I think you are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation and your desired result is realistic.  Just make sure you go to an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of breast augmetation surgeries and show them your desired look.  Best of luck to you.

It is difficult to tell exactly based on the photos alone but it appears you would benefit from another revision to revise your breast implant pocket and perform a lift to help with nipple position and “downward” position.  Make sure you go to a very experienced board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of breast surgeries and revisions.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your photos and question.  I would recommend a lift on the left side only to match the right breast, followed by breast augmentation to give both the volume you wish to achieve.  If you go to an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of breast surgeries you should receive a nice result.
