Dear mflo2, Thank you for your questions and pictures. After pregnancy and breastfeeding, your breasts change and can cause deflation, especially of the upper poles. I think you would greatly benefit from implants if you want to be one to two cups sizes larger. I don't think that you need a breast lift based on your pictures (obviously an in person consult would be the best determinant).
