Please be advised that there are no right or wrong answers. In my opinion a scan would likely identify any reasons why the fat transfer should be delayed after the removal of your implants. Unless it is indicated fat transfer could be carried out in the same sitting. Please discuss your aesthetic goals but also your concerns on a consultation

Approximately 70% of fat retention long term is a fairly realistic expectation (with a total of 200-250cc in total in most cases). Due to the limited retention capacity long term in the breasts but also the need for some tissue expansion for this cap size (from A to DD) fat transfer by itself would not be a reliable technique. Maybe consider a hybrid augmentation (implants + fat). Keeping the implant smaller for limited complication risks and also using the fat as a natural filler for a more bespoke look.
