Everyone has a different pain threshold. Some patients go without any pain medication and some require more. Discuss with your surgeon your concerns about managing pain after surgery. On an average with Breast Augmentation the first three to four days are when my patients need a bit more pain control. All the best to you.

An examination would be needed as in the pictures it is difficult to see how much asymmetry and ptosis you have. You most likely could have a breast augmentation without a lift however you would need to go with a larger implant to fill the skin you have. You may consider doing a Benelli or Circumareolar Mastopexy with implants instead of a full lift. All the best to you.

Thank you for your question. I would really recommend doing a Full Breast Lift, with or without Implants. And honestly if implants are desired I prefer doing this in two stages, as the result is far and away better. If you were to place implants without lifting the breast, you would end up with a less than desirable look. This is what we call "a rock in a sock".

The short answer is "no". There are different variations of the traditional Tummy Tuck. In some cases no muscle will need repair, just redundant skin will be removed. When you have a physical examination with your plastic surgeon, he or she will suggest what will be the best option to give you the optimal result.

Adding Vitamin C can help in aiding recovery, so not something you need to avoid before or after surgery. I recommend avoiding fish oil and higher doses of Vitamin E prior to surgery as they can thin the blood and increase the risk of bleeding in surgery.

I would NOT panic about a possible infection. Pain in an augmented breast can be from something other than infection. You could be experiencing capsular contracture (scar tissue) in that breast, which would definitely give you pain and discomfort. The best thing to do is have your board certified plastic surgeon examine you to determine what exactly are the issues. Thank you for your question. You are in need of a Mastopexy or Breast Lift. Implants will not lift your breasts. If fact putting implants in ptotic or saggy breasts will create more sagginess.
