Everyone has a different  pain threshold.  Some patients go without any pain medication and some require more.  Discuss with your surgeon your concerns about managing pain after surgery.  On an average with  Breast Augmentation  the first three to four days are when my patients need a bit more pain control.  All the best to you.

An examination would be needed as in the pictures it is difficult to see how much asymmetry and ptosis you have. You most likely could have a breast augmentation without a lift however you would need to go with a larger implant to fill the skin you have. You may consider doing a Benelli or Circumareolar Mastopexy with implants instead of a full lift.  All the best to you.

In a word, yes.  Laser Liposuction or SmartLipo  would be very effective for this area, which we call the "Banana Roll".  Consult with a surgeon who has much experience with body sculpting. All the best to you.

Thank you for your question.  I would really recommend doing a Full Breast Lift, with or without Implants.  And honestly if implants are desired I prefer doing this in two stages, as the result is far and away better.  If you were to place implants without lifting the breast, you would end up with a less than desirable look.  This is what we call "a rock in a sock".

Thank you for your question.  Every surgeon is a bit different in the way of  ace wrap use after surgery.  My patients are put in a surgical bra after surgery.  If they are having more than usual oozing, I will wrap them and instruct to keep it in place for 48 hours.  Ask your surgeon what his or her ace wrap protocol is.All the best to you

The short answer is "no".  There are different variations of the traditional Tummy Tuck.  In some cases no muscle will need repair, just redundant skin will be removed. When you have a physical examination with your plastic surgeon, he or she will suggest what will be the best option to give you the optimal result.

Thank you for your question.Before and After pictures are imperative when it comes to choosing a surgeon.  Not having documentation of his or her work is highly suspect.  You must do your research and be your own advocate.  Check on credentials and reviews.  Most of this information is available on line.  You may ask his or her office for referrals as well.  All the best to you.

Capsular Contracture is not common.  Your surgeon will go over the risks and benefits of Breast Augmentation.  The rate of satisfaction among my patients is very high.  All the best to you.

Adding Vitamin C can help in aiding recovery, so not something you need to avoid before or after surgery.  I recommend avoiding fish oil and higher doses of Vitamin E prior to surgery as they can thin the blood and increase the risk of bleeding in surgery.

I would NOT panic about a possible infection.  Pain in an augmented breast can be from something other than infection.  You could be experiencing capsular contracture (scar tissue) in that breast, which would definitely give you pain and discomfort.  The best thing to do is have your board certified plastic surgeon examine you to determine what exactly are the issues.  This will give you peace of mind and then you can come up with a plan.All the best to you!

Thank you for your question.  You are in need of a Mastopexy or Breast Lift.  Implants will not lift your breasts. If fact putting implants in ptotic or saggy breasts will create more sagginess.
