Thank you for your question. Having a previous facelift doesn’t mean you cannot have enough one in the future. The key is for a facelift to give you a nature and refreshed appearance. Once your skin has started to loose laxity again and there would be enough laxity to perform another facelift, this can be done successfully with the correct surgeon and expectation. All The Best
