Unlikely. It’s more likely you are noticing swelling, scar tissue, or an adjacent lipoma.
You should call the physician that performed the surgery and have them examine the surgical site.

I’m sorry you’re anxious about your recent procedure.
Limited cautery has not been shown to cause any harm to unborn children.
Lidocaine is safe during pregnancy; epinephrine is often added to the lidocaine. Epinephrine is likely safe to use in the small quantities needed for a skin biopsy, but many physicians, myself included, generally use lidocaine without epinephrine working with women that are pregnant.

Are these arm and facial moles cause for concern?
Abnormal moles

It is very difficult to tell you whether your moles are abnormal based on a photograph–there is no substitute for an in-person skin examination. Your physician will have a much better view in person with better light. They may also use other tools to examine your skin such as dermoscopy.
If you have concerning moles, especially if you’ve never had your moles check before, you should make an appointment with a board-certified dermatologist.

Lipomas can occasionally become tender. In addition, angiolipomas are a variant of lipomas that are often tender.
Lipomas are generally straightforward to remove if causing pain or discomfort. Dermatologic surgeons remove these routinely in the outpatient setting with local anesthesia.

Lipomas are tumors of fat cells that are generally above the muscular layer. If your physician did an examination and determined it was a lipoma without any irregular features there is no need for imaging in the vast majority of cases.
Should I bandage the skin graft or follow the plastic surgeon’s “no bandaging required”?
Ask your surgeon

Bandaging skin grafts is done very commonly.
However, there are different techniques to skin grafting and wound care, and your surgeon may have had a reason to tell you to go without a bandage. I would follow your surgeons instructions and if you have concerns to call their office.
