It sounds like you are doing great losing a lot of weight. This will likely be a problem with liposuction alone for the areas you have mentioned. If you lose significant weight then the skin tone may not be good enough to “take up” after liposuction leaving loose excess skin. This is more noticeable to older that you get. It is most likely that you would require some sort of skin excision surgery such as a thigh lift. A consulatation with a qualified Plastic Surgeon should answer this…

I never use drains for liposuction. In all cases of liposuction that I can think of they are unnecessary. If your surgeon is considering using them then seriously question them on it. Good luck.

You have nice bony structure giving you a good base for cheek fullness. There appears to be only mild ptosis (droop) of the cheek fat. I would recommend fillers initially, if this gives you the desired outcome then when the fillers are fading away consider fat grafting as a long term option. This can give you nice cheek fullness and also smooth out the lower nasolabial lines. Good luck
