After having an implant, specially a large volume as 700cc, the skin and breast tissue expands and becomes thinner (also the muscle if the implant was placed behind it). So if you have a 700cc implant removed you will have a lot of extra skin and you will not have the same breast volume you had before the implants because the tissue became thinner and some volume is lost. I can’t think of a reason not to go ahead with the buccal fat removal. If you had no complications after your rhinoplasty and you are healing properly, you can do it. One procedure does not interfere with the other.
