Thank you for your question. It is difficult to offer a definitive answer without having the opportunity to explore your expectations and to examine you, but from your photos, I believe you would benefit from a mini-tummy tuck if you are willing to accept the limitations of the procedure such as inability to address the upper abdomen. This could be done with liposuction to your flanks. Best wishes.

I believe that it is a bit too early to assess. The breasts are still settling down. I am not sure how your surgeon and yourself went about sizing the implants pre-op, but they do look like a reasonable size for your chest size and for the size of your breast before augmentation. I would advise that you allow a few more months for the breasts to settle down and then they are likely to look more natural. It is much too early to say much about the results. It is usually quite difficult to match asymmetrical breasts with different sizes implants. But your results look fairly satisfactory for this stage. It is normal to have the implants sitting a bit higher than usual at this stage. this will settle down with time. Best wishes
Why Did This Happen After my SMAS Facelift?

I am sorry that you have this complication. There appears to be extensive bruising and compromise of the blood supply to the skin flaps of your cheeks. This is quite uncommon, but may occur because of a number of possible reasons: haematoma, smoking or because the skin flaps were made too thin. It is difficult to tell without being there at the time of your surgery. I would recommend that you see your surgeon for further care. Best wishes with everything

Thank you for your enquiry. Swelling and bruising are expected at this stage. I don't see much benefit for you to continue using the ice packs beyond 2-3 days. You have some bruising on your neck which should settle down in 2-3 weeks. Best wishes.

Thank you for your enquiry. The sensory nerve that innervates the lower half of the ear is very close to the dissection plane on elevating the skin flap on the neck. This is a common experience with this type of surgery. It usually recovers within a year or so. If you are worried or if it does not recover, then you see your surgeon. Best wishes.
