Is it possible to go from double eyelid to monolid?
Asian type double eyelid correction
Jun 28, 2017
Hello,
According to the information given, I think a non-surgical CO2 laser procedure can work well to correct the double fold you have as I’ve performed it a lot to decide on this first before deciding on a blepheroplasty. Of course to have a rigid decision a physical consultation is a must.

How many days should you typically take off from work for rhinoplasty surgery?
Recovery after rhinoplasty
Oct 21, 2016
This is according to your working style. If you do office work, you can resume after 7 days when we take off the cast and remove stitches. If you work physically, then you need to inform your surgeon about how you work and plan your off days accordingly before your surgery. You should not do heavy physical activities or carry heavy things within 1 month of the surgery so you can plan your first 1 month according to the recovery period.

Kind Regards,

22 years old, excess skin on neck due too 54 lbs weight loss what can I do?
22 yrs old – is it an age of necklift?
Oct 20, 2016
Hello; I have performed a good number of post-bariatric surgery upto now and can say that in young people, there needs to be a long waiting period before considering any aesthetic surgery due to sagging deformities just after the excessive weight loss.

You are too young and your metabolism most probably help your skin rejuvenation in time. I advise you to be patient and see the progress in time. After 2 years of having the same laxity in your neck, you can think about non-surgical…

I had a parotidectomy. I see that face lifts should be considered with caution. What about a neck li
Facelift – Necklift or else after parotidectomy?
Oct 20, 2016
To better understand the case, we need to know if there is a depression deformity at parotis gland after parotidectomy surgery? and if your facial nerves had any problem after it or not?

Every surgery has risk of complications so having parotidectomy before, is not something eliminating a facelift or neck-lift surgery itself. I don’t know your age or cannot evaluate any photos but can easily prefer a laser neck lift other than any other surgery in your case which has less complication…

Turning fifty – upper eyelid surgery and laser on lower lids.
Surgery for 2 or 4 eyelids? Can Laser an option for lower?
Oct 20, 2016
I see a severe deformity in your both eyelids; upper and lower and to correct them all and give you a younger looking eyes, I plan combined upper and lower blepheroplasty at once. This will help getting the complete result at once.

I both perform Madonna eyelift which is performed by Smartxide laser and it has dramatic effects non-surgical in correct indications, however in your eyelids, I advise a surgery to both eyelids at the same time – if not, I don’t…

Laser Blepharoplasty Vs. Surgery
Laser blepheroplasty or Classical surgery?
Oct 20, 2016
Blepheroplasty surgery can be both have great outcomes if done by an experienced surgeon no matters if it is laser or not. Laser has some benefits like having less trauma during surgery when compared to classical surgery as no scalpel or anything touches the skin and laser has very less bleeding as it controls bleeding during surgery. So this means less trauma and less bruisings; less hematoma risk. The other is by using laser, we don’t resect the muscle but just tighten it with laser…
is there more risks or complications when having the upper and lower eyelids done at the same time?
Are the risks and complications get higher in 4 eyelids operated at the same time?
Oct 20, 2016
Complications and risks are the same whether you have 2 eyelids or 4 eyelids together because upper and lower eyelids are separate units. Having both lids together if you need both corrected will be the best option as you’ll get the anesthesia once. For years I’ve been performing laser eyelid surgeries which reduces some of the risks and complications compared to classical surgery and easily performed under local anesthesia, especially helps getting muscular laxity corrected easier and…
