This lady was not happy with her smile, mostly the gap on the bottom teeth and the bridge on the top. I Replaced the upper bridge with an all porcelain bridge and placed porcelain veneers on the adjacent teeth as well as the two lower teeth to close the gaps. Gum contouring was also done on the upper teeth to create a more even smile. The after picture is taken at the time of deliver and once gum tissue healed, they look even better.
