This patient many years ago had an accident in which he lost his two central incisors, in orthodontic treatment the lateral ones took the position of the central ones, which made his aesthetics look very disproportionate. The therapy we did for our patient was to place some porcelain veneers, transforming the two central laterals that were in the position of the central ones into central incisors, and the canines into lateral ones in order to turn them into the next one successively to lead him to improve his smile.
