If you are wanting a flat abdomen, then a TT is definitely required, no matter how hard your personal trainer makes you workout. As we age, the skin elasticity and tone is significantly affected and skin retraction is not as good or effective as when we were young. Plus, pregnancies by their own break the abdominal muscle when it stretches to hold a baby in.
