A subsicion and injection with a filler like Bellafill will give you a 5 year significant improvement on the appearance of the scar. A surgical approach will leave you with another scar but flat, so depending on your expectations that is another option.

I can't see perfect details in your picture but I don't see a purplish discoloration in the bump (third picture) which I would expect from a hematoma. Swelling shows up in the first 24 hrs after injection and starts getting better by day 3. I am more inclined to say that this is poor product placement that migrated to the location of that bump. Necrosis should be both the injector's and the patient's greatest fear. It is most often noticed soon after the procedure and it is classically a blanched area surrounded by a violaceous discoloration. The pain is significantly more than what you would expect.
