Yes, Viagra can be taken safely on same day as Botox and filler injections. There is no effect on Botox or filler effects or vice versa , if viagra is taken.

Hi, Nose shape does not change after 15 years of age.From your  limited pictures it seems you are concerned about bulky tip . May be you need tip surgery, but may be you also need other changes like correction of nostrils and upper nose too. Personal consultation with a plastic surgeon will be best. Cost of surgery in my practise at Hyderabad India would is about 2600 USD , but where you live, it may be more or less.

Hello, Yes your ideal nose , as in the pictures-is achievable by rhinoplasty. This will require radix graft, dorsal reduction and tip elevation . In my practise ( India ), it costs 3000 USD .

Yes. Both surgheries can be done at the same time under general anaesthesia. Usually after breast augmentation by plastic surgeon, gynecologist can take over and do laparoscopic fibroid removal or even open surgery.

Allergy to Botox is not common at all. I have not seen it in more than 15 years of usage . Botox in frown lines is safe and gives good result when done by experienced injector .
