Thank you – you do have tuberous breasts from the photos you have posted. There are many approaches to correcting this and it depends on whether you wish to increase the volume of your breasts as well. In my practice I have found that a combine breast lift (including reduction of the size of your areolar of your breasts) combined with implants – a single stage augmentation mastopexy – will give the best results. From the photos you have posted, you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck procedure. You would of course need to be assessed by a qualified surgeon first and it may be that you require liposuction combined with the procedure. If you are near to your ideal weight that would help as well.

As long as the liposuction is limited to the central upper abdomen then it is safe when combined with abdominoplasty. There have been several publications to show the safety and efficacy of liposuction combined with liposuction. If your surgeon says it is something he/she does all the time then I would have no reason to doubt them.

Hi, At 29 years old you have good quality skin and liposuction to the chin can achieve very good outcomes. A side profile photo would be more helpful. Chin liposuction is a fairly straight forward procedure and can be done under local anaesthetic. You would of course need to be assessed by a qualified surgeon.

I would echo many of the comments from other surgeons. It is impossible to comment with any degree of certainty about implant size without examining a patient. There is a tendency amongst some surgeons to try and correct droopy breasts with very large implants. I my experience this often leads to longer term problems with stretching of the breast skin from the weight of the implants and further droopiness.
