Not necessarily as there are many variables including where was the most reduction volume taken from ? eg under the nipple, medial pole, lateral pole, the pedicle deployed to support the nipple-areolar complex, your skin quality and you also understand (and accept) that your existing breast reduction scars will stretch with the weight of the implants

Your nipples are at a reasonable height such that a sub-glandular augmentation with anatomical or round implants alone will suffice.

You need a simple, well executed, neat uplift (mastopexy) only. Central mound/superior pedicled technique to preserve nipple blood and nerve supply and to ‘transport’ breast volume from the lower to the upper pole.2 ½ procedure, daycase, 4-6 weeks’ recovery

You need a single stage subglandular breast augmentation (round, approx. 265-295 cc) with a vertical scar uplift (mastopexy).

In all fairness, you were counselled for an uplift at the outset. Clinically, you have ptotic nipple-areolar complexes and skin surplus in the inferior pole, both of which could be addressed by an uplift (mastopexy). Rather than asking for a refund, I would suggest that you let your primary surgeon carry out an uplift.

I frequently see patients requesting breast augmentation on the oral contraceptive pill. Unless they have high risks factors for developing deep vein thrombosis post operatively (this is rare in any case), I advise them to continue on the contraceptive medication during the peri-operative period.
