I think you are likely to do well following a TT procedure with liposuction to the flanks and upper abdomen. TT surgery will typically remove all the stretch marks below the umbilicus although occasionally even stretch marks above the umbilicus can be removed, dependant on skin laxity. The position of the scar will also depend on the level of skin laxity. Your PS will assess this at the time of your consultation.

From the photograph it looks like liposuction alone may result in further laxity of the lower abdominal skin. Even though you are looking to limit the down time I think you would get a much better result with a TT procedure in combination with liposuction to the flanks and upper abdomen. The lower back may also be treated at the same time as part of a circumferential approach should you wish.

With a history of two C-sections I think you will achieve the best result with a full TT and muscle repair combined with liposuction to the flanks and upper abdomen. The TT scar will remove the C-section scar. Circumferential liposuction would allow recontouring of the lower back.

It look like you would be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck procedure. Having had 4 children your lower abdominal skin has been stretched out making liposuction an unreliable treatment.

A careful clinical examination would be important to assess the need for an uplift at the time of breast augmentation and to consider the location of the TT scar which will reflect the extent of skin tightening that will be possible.

Any surgery is best performed once you have reached your target weight. From the photographs I would suggest you will see the biggest difference following a tummy tuck procedure rather than a body lift, and this may be combined with a breast lift as part of a mommy makeover should you wish.

Muscle repair is often undertaken at the time of TT surgery. It is not always possible to achieve the same figure as prior to pregnancy but a noticeable improvement is expected. An extended TT is typically offered to patients who have skin laxity extending around their sides.
