Seven days is way to early to do anything. You best to wait at least three months for your swelling to settle before any conclusions can be made. I always advise a tennis headband at night for three months to reduce the chance of malposition when sleeping.

I would ask whether your BMI (weight in kgs divided by height in meters squared, adjusted for sex and musculature) was in the normal range, secondly whether you are on any steroids and would like to examine the lump (possibly ultrasound) to exclude lipoma. If all of those things are favourable I favour VASER rather than SMART-LIPO for this area, but you might still require an arm lift depending on the quality of your skin.
