It is normal to have swelling after liposuction. Most of the swelling will resolve within 4-6 weeks but it will continue to decrease over the following months. It may take up to 6-12 months to settle down. Lymphatic massage will help and make the recovery quicker and it should be done straight after surgery for 2-3 weeks

You will need two different implants with different size and a nipple lift / uplift to the left breast to be able to improve the symmetry although it is impossible to guarantee that both breasts will look the same but an improvement can be achieved by using different sizes and also by having a left nipple lift

Each individual surgeon adopts a different surgical plan and approach. Sizers can be helpful when dealing with uneven breasts but the use of Sizers may increase the infection rate.
