While it is always problematic to offer a recommendation based upon a picture, the wrinkles I see in your frown area between your brows could be addressed with a wrinkle relaxer such as Xeomin. Because I don't know what you look like, this is a general answer:
I have had great success using Restylane and Restylane Silk in the perioral lines (the ones you call smoker's lines) as well as in the marionette lines. To do this successfully requires an experienced injector with a gentle touch. I suggest you ask around in your community and then interview the injector. Absolutely ask to see before and after pictures and be very specific about your requirements.

What would be the best option to get rid of this line between my eyebrows?

I would begin by using about 16 units of a neurotoxin (I prefer Xeomin but Botox works well) and re-evaluating the line in about 10 days. If it is still there at rest I would consider injecting with Restylane.

The neurotoxin should be repeated every three to four months. The combination of Restylane and a neurotoxin should be effective for about a year.

I love smile lines. They indicate I am speaking with someone who smiles a lot. That's a good thing.

I would not do anything for smile lines such as you describe. The only lines for which I recommend treatment are lines that are apparent at rest.

Although you did not send pictures of the fine lines around your lips, the lines in the pictures you sent can be addressed by treatment with an injectable neurotoxin such as Xeomin or Botox.

For the past several years I have been using Xeomin exclusively and have been pleased with its reliability, rapidity of onset, and length of duration. It is, in addition, slightly less expensive than Botox and I always pass that savings on to my patients.

Known in the "trade" as "oral commissures," wrinkles in the corner of your mouth come about with aging and are due to the gradual loss of bone in the lower jaw, the decrease in collagen and elastin in the skin, and the pull of a muscle called the "depressor anguli oris."

My treatment is a combination of injecting a filler very superficially in the corners of the mouth and a neurotoxin at the insertion of the depressor muscle.
