I don't see any risk in you starting birth control. I am personally not aware of any link between birth control and capsular contracture.

Generally, I prefer to place implants behind the muscle to give more support and soft tissue thickness. This allows for a more natural feel and look in my opinion.

8 weeks post-op and right breast isn't dropping. PS said it might drop. Thoughts?

You are still very early in your healing. I would recommend daily stretching and massaging. It should improve but it will take time.

It is difficult to answer your question based on photos alone. There are several factors that determine what implant size and profile will give you the look you are trying to achieve. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so they can help you determine the best size based on your your breast width diameter. 3D Vectra analysis and trying on implant sizers during the consultation can also be very helpful.

Based on your photos, your breasts appear normal to me. If something is bothering you with the appearance of your breasts, I would recommend speaking to your plastic surgeon so your concern may be addressed.

Based on your photos, I would recommend a breast lift to get optimal results. You could just get breast implants, but most likely you will need to get a breast lift in the future.

This will be determined based on breast width diameter and the ability of your skin and muscle to stretch. A board certified plastic surgeon should be able to assist you with this determination during a consultation.

To determine if a particular size breast implant is appropriate for my patients, I like to measure the breast width diameter and evaluate with Vectra 3D analysis. Based on breast width diameter and the ability of the skin and muscle to stretch will determine if this implant will fit. Sometimes the final determination is made in the operating room so be prepared to go smaller.

2-months Post-Op BA; Double Bubble Forming?

Unfortunately, it does appear that you may be developing a "double bubble". You may try taping the area to see if it may flatten down. Otherwise, you may need surgery in the future to correct this. A breast lift may be indicated as well to achieve optimal results. You should discuss this with your surgeon to see what he/she suggests. I personally do not like performing revisional surgery on my patients until 6 months post op.
