I think you'd benefit most from a couple things. One would be a small breast implant. Your breasts don't look on photos that you'd need a mastopexy but, a small implant would give you volume you're lacking. The second thing would be liposuction of your abdomen and flanks/bra roll. You have a rather vertical torso and liposuction would give you better curves where you need them. Nothing profound, which is always good. Good luck.

I don't believe you have tuberous breast deformity but, do think you're on the right path with a breast augmentation. The implant will both give you a "rounder" breast and flatten some of the pointy aspects your don't like. Good luck.

You asked if you have tuberous breast deformity which is a condition with certain discreet characteristics. As all the doctors have said, you don't have tuberous breast deformity.Not liking your breasts is a separate issue. If you feel like you don't have a lot of breast volume at the top of your breasts, you're right. If that bothers you, you look like you'd be a good candidate for a breast augmentation. It does appear that you have an umbilical hernia - something very common in the black community compared to other racial groups. Typically, those are easy to repair in surgery and require no more time in recovery. The only advice I would have is to really limit your lifting postop to avoid disrupting the repair. Like so many procedures, hernia repairs are much easier to fix the first time. Each subsequent recurrence is harder to deal with.

I think you're correct that a full abdominoplasty would have been a better choice for you. You can still have it done but obviously it would have been better to have the right procedure the first time.As for your PE, I agree that with appropriate DVT prophylaxis and early ambulation your risk should be minimal.Good luck.

I think you'd recognize that fat is no longer the issue but that your skin and lack of skin elasticity is the problem. A tummy tuck should make this situation much better. You are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and I'd suggest that option. Good luck

I had a TT in 2017. Should I try to find a doctor that does the laparoscopic hysterectomy?

It depends on why you're having your hysterectomy. For bleeding, my understanding is that a laproscopic procedure may be less invasive and not interfere with your tummy tuck incisions. If your uterus is large that may not be reasonable. Good luck.

I'd like to think that any surgery is based on the needs of the patient so doing anything "automatically" doesn't make sense. That being said, most patients who have had a c-section do have some weakness of their abdominal wall and benefit from plication of their muscles. Good luck.

A BBL requires staying off your butt for at least a couple weeks if not longer. With your line of work, I don't think you'll be able to go back for four weeks (by that, I mean a job where you'll be sitting without relief for hours at a time). Good luck.

You appear to have a long distance between your umbilicus (belly button) and your pubic area. Patients like that, with skin redundancy limited to the lower abdomen are sometimes candidates for a mini abdominoplasty. It will likely be hard to move your umbilicus down to your tummy tuck incision which also makes leaving your belly button alone an attractive option. I'd discuss the pros and cons with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Can abdominal fascia laxity be repaired?

Often the weakness to the abdominal wall after a tummy tuck is something that has to be improved through core muscle strengthening...that is to say, working out. Through your pregnancies and surgeries, your abdominal wall has "bowed", and flattening that bowing will take strengthening your abdominal muscles. Good luck.

We actually had a patient who had received radiation treatments, experienced painful sex, and had a complete reversal of her symptoms after ThermiVa. I agree with the other posting docs that you may be fine with a standard tummy tuck. If you have the procedure and decide you have additional skin that needs to be addressed, there's nothing wrong with going back for the additional excision. As we say, you can always get a longer scar, you cant get a shorter scar. Good luck
