When you have two different size breasts to begin with and add a hematoma on top of that, it can take as long as 6 months for your breasts to even out. As long as you are seeing an improvement each month there is a good chance it can still happen. I suggest taking photos every month to help you keep track of this.

Another excellent source of information is the Sientra web site. One word of caution, however, is that the FDA has ruled that you have to be 22 years old in order to qualify for silicone breast implants. Best to check this out with your physician.
