If you want a full B, a size around 250 is more than enough.
You have to remember that you have to add the extra tissue of the breast that your doctor will leave, so, maybe if you choose that size at the end in some cases you will fill a C.
If I really like 365 in the mirror, should I stick with 365 firm or go up to 385?

Something that is really common is that in the preop consultation you try on some sizers, and the weight is not the same when the implants are in.The first weeks will look really big but after the swollen tissue go away this will look smaller. So if you what the 365 at the end is better to hola size up, to get the result that you want.But remember that the decision is always yours we as surgeons give you the options and you decide on you body.

The profile picture is not always the best way to evaluate the complete nose.Something that you have to know is that liquid rhinoplasty will look good on the profile picture but in your case in the front view your nose will look wide and bigger.So in your case is better to have a rhinoplasty.There’s a lot of techniques that will improve your nose, preserving the function. With a really nice results
