The main reason in your case is the anatomy of your thorax . The implants were perfectly inserted taking into consideration the volume of the implant chosen . It s a very natural result and in order to have a slightly better cleavage you have to go for a way bigger implant .

It s getting more and more common to do aesthetic surgeries under local anesthesia with sedation . The most important thing is the setting , the equipement and the staff if there s an anesthesia nurse . In brief choose an accredited surgical facility ( by the AAAASF for example )so you ll be sure to be in a very safe setting

I agree with your doctor for the doughnut lift on the left side . I would suggest using anatomical or gummy bear implants it has a better lifting effect thant round shape ones

The footprint of the breast is more important than height and weight

In order to have a good long lasting result the implant should fit the footprint of your breast which means the implant diameter should be arround 0.5 to 1cm smaller than the width of your breast if you re an A cup . Otherwise you ll end up having problems .
On the other hand if you re an A cup with a tight skin 500cc is a huge volume for a primary augmentation

Hi it s very normal at this stage to have uneven swelling . You just meed to wait 3 months to have an almost final result . And your doctor is right no meed to put different size of implants in your case
