Based on the photos provided, you are a great candidate for a Silicone Breast Augmentation. The desired look would be achieved using a moderate projection implant. However, make sure to consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in breast procedures. Thank you for your question. It will ultimately depends on your physicians recommendations. Every surgeon has individual protocol and preferences. I always encourage good bra wearing habits for my patients in order to "protect the investment". For example: underwire during the day, high impact when working out, and low impact at night. This will prevent implant displacement long term. Many massage therapists can massage you while you lay face up/ or on your side. Best of luck.
PS recommends 295 to 325cc's, high profile with a lift and mesh to prevent bottoming out

I am sorry to hear about your accident. Botox is used for cosmetic purposes in the face in areas such as the forehead, glabella, crows feet, etc. There should be no problem receiving it after leg nerve damage. I would recommend you go to an experienced injector.

You would need injections the glabellar complex with a concentrated dose on the procerus muscle in the center.
