It is hard to distinguish if you are having cellulitis from the pictures you sent. Some redness can be part of the healing. If pain and warmth is accompanied it could be a skin infection. I recommend a visit with your surgeon as soon as possible. Good luck!

Silicone implants should not make your breast harder as they are softer then saline implants. There are different types of silicone implants some are softer some are harder. But overall they should feel close to the softness of your own tissue. Sorry to hear about your experience. It is not uncommon to experience pain from a hematoma. After draining the hematoma the pain should have decreased significantly. The drain can cause pain and discomfort but not severe tremendous pain. I would recommend to contact you surgeon and discuss your situation.Good luck!

In general I ask my patients to try and avoid any strenuous activity that will cause them to sweat right after the procedure. I also ask them to use the muscles we just treated for a few hours after the treatment. I do not believe that any of the instructions given by any doctor have ever been actually properly tested clinically such as not laying down after the treatment etc.Good luck!

That is a great question and you are correct about having implants that make you look fake. Today we have many options to change that. You need to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon that will do a proper physical exam and take your measurements and evaluate your soft tissues. Placing the implants submuscularly helps. The use of cohesive implants will reduce the rippling.

YouYour observation acourding to your pictures is correct it does appear that your implants latrelized. To correct that you may need a new pocket made for the implants and capsule correction. In my practice I use an absorbable Mesh as well during the correction.Good luck

Ideally you should wait 6 months before a revision. I agree with you that if you don't want implants you can use your own tissue. I use a mesh for support as an internal bra to reduce the need for a redo so soon in patient like you.Good luck!
