It really varies from person to person. In general most patients undergoing a facelift have lost volume from their faces and do benefit from fillers or fat in the cheek area. I would do the facelift and reevaluate after several months. If you need more volume it is easy to do at that point

Due to your preexisting breast ptosis, I think you will need a mastopexy to get the best result. I think you will do well with an implant (submuscular) plus a lift. The degree of lift will depend upon size and shape of the chosen implant

From the photos alone, it is difficult to say if an implant alone will be enough. It also depends upon the shape and size of the implant. Once you have been examined and picked an implant it will be easier to predict if you need a lift. I would not be surprises if you ended up with a lift of some sort

Yes, all of what you ask can be accomplished. A lift alone will provide a short term solution, but over time you will lose upper pole volume and you will likely be unhappy. I recommend a lift with a small implant and reduction of your areolas at the same time

It is safe to have Botox even with a thyroid condition. There is no interaction with the thyroid gland as the botox is injected into the muscle which is superficial to the thyroid

Yes, this can happen. You may have gotten a little to much botox in your forehead which can result in a drooping of the brow. I would tell your doc and try using a lower dose in the forehead

I think a lower facelift would be a great procedure for you. Due to the loss of elasticity in your skin, I think a nonsurgical procedure would leave you with a disappointing result

It is perfectly fine, and a good idea as well ,to do them all at the same time. This will give you the best result and save you time and money

How/when do you recommend using Facetite or a similar procedure after liposuction?

I think it is best to do the facetite at the same time as the liposuction. The procedure, radio frequency assisted liposuction was designed to be done at the same time. I have had god success doing it this way
