The tummy tuck will allow you to get rid of all that excess skin you have and lipo will remove the fat deposit and help you with your body shaping. In my opinion, getting just lipo won’t be worth it.

You can definitely consider a second round of BBL, if you have a good health condition, about your sugar level just make sure your A1C is below 7 and you need to ask your endocrinologist for a substitute for the metformin. My recommendation is always to get it done with a board certified plastic plastic surgeon.

After a liposuction the recommendation is to wear your post op faja for at least 3 months and I usually recommend at least 1-15 post op massages, and you can get extra in case you feel the need. If you are traveling outside your country for surgery, the best is to wait at least 13 days after surgery to fly back home

Hi and thanks for sharing your photos and concerns. You are a great candidate for a tummy tuck (not necessarily fleur de liz) with lipo and fat transfer to the hips and buttocks (BBL). The tummy tuck will remove all the excess skin and stretch marks that are below your belly button, and liposuction will extract all the fat and offer you a better shape of the abdomen and waist. This will be a great reward for you after all the effort you have made to lose all that weight.
