Invisalign aligners are supposed to fit your teeth perfectly, otherwise your teeth won’t move the way we planned them to do.
You need to see your Invisalign provider as soon as possible to evaluate the issue. Good luck

Temporary crown after root canal hurts, help!

I always recommend to postpone the crown until the tooth is asymptomatic. There might be some accessory canals that are not taken care off or the tooth might be fractured. I wouldn’t place a permanent crown on a tooth until the pain is gone.
My crown came off and I’m 5 weeks pregnant. Not sure what is the best thing that could be done?

If your crown is out you need to see a dentist ASAP to prevent further damage & possible infection. A dentist will evaluate your tooth & crown, & recement it if possible or advise another treatment.

I think Invisalign will be a great option for you, you can probably get Express 10 which costs less than full.

Occasionally due to clinical limitation when taking impressions, wisdom teeth on the models are not accurate, in that case invisalign leaves out half of the wisdom teeth. in my experience it doesn’t effect the treatment at all.

fractured tooth

Fractured tooth is hard to diagnose since most fractures are not visible on regular xrays, I recommend to see an endodontist & preferably take a 3D xray of the tooth to rule out root fractures. I don’t recommend completing a crown if the tooth is symptomatic.
I forgot to wear my Invisalign to sleep the past 3 nights, will this impact my results?

I recommend to try the aligners, if it fits properly with no issues, you are fine , just wear the current aligners for extra few days, if it doesn’t seat properly or in doubt, inform your dentist asap, they might need to do a midcourse correction.
