Dear jenince101,
At two years post-op, if this was a primary, I suspect things will not change significantly.From you images, your tip appears to lack teh structural support required for definition. Unsupported skin lacks shape and fillers, whilst useful for irregularities, do not in my experience provide definition.To address this, in my opinion, you would need revisional surgery.

Dear Peaceful614054,It is difficult to assess this properly from the two images, but in my experience this arises from a slant or deviation of the nasal septum. You are correct some asymmetries will always persist but if mild, they should have a minimal impact on the aesthetics. Dear Glorious153891,I do not use steroids prior to surgery. Thick skin does make the achievement of a defined tip more difficult. In my opinion and practice, this requires adequate structural support for the tip at surgery and active post-operative management of swelling.All the best, Waseem Saeed

Dear Celebrated980894,The images you have provided give a little information about the condition of your nose. You appear to have an inverted ‘V’ deformity, asymmetry of the tip, and a general lack of structure especially visible in the photo of the lower part of your nose and columella.My thoughts are that this would required a surgical approach to improve. Hi Kerry, from the image you have posted:
Your nasal septum appears to be deviated and tilted. I suspect that this is why your nose has obvious asymmetry of the mid section and the tip area.
This should be amenable to revision rhinoplasty including septal work, but a full assessment would be needed and you will need to be aware of the limits.

You are quite correct that thick skin can obscure the details and underlying cartilage shape of the nose, but from the images that you have sent it is apparent that refinement of bulky tip cartilages along with careful tip grafting could be used to better define your nasal tip and bring it into proportion with the remainder of your nose.
