What happens if my baby teeth fall out while I’m wearing braces?
Baby teeth falling out
Jul 18, 2017
Hi,
If you are between 11-13 years old the baby teeth are meant to fall out at this age. This should not affect the braces being put on at any point. You should continue as per normal.

Should I go back to the orthodontist if my power chain is not completely on the bracket?
power chain not on bracket completely
Jul 18, 2017
Hi,

if your orthodontist is easy and quick to get to you can go and pop back but if the orthodontist is far away, i would leave it till your next visit it will hold in place.

Hop this helps

Follow-up: Clinically acceptable or bad enough that they need to be redone?
clinically acceptable veneers
Jul 13, 2017
I agree with Dr. Timmerman, when the dentist checks if something is clinically acceptable the functionality and the seal is checked. The colour does not influence clinical acceptability.
My teeth are worn down from grinding them when I was younger, am I a candidate for porcelain/zirconium ve
worn teeth
Jul 13, 2017
Everybody would love to have a quick fix and the problem to be solved but this does not always result in a desirable outcome. Braces would be the best option to align your teeth first and then to have some bonding work down to help with the grinding. If veneers are put on your teeth currently they may look too big and feel odd and are also more likely to break.

Can a composite veneer be removed/reversed without damage of original tooth and enamel?
Removal of Composite veneers
Jul 13, 2017
Hi,
Yes the veneers can be removed with minimal, if any damage to your existing teeth. If you can find a dentist near you which uses a laser to cut teeth the laser can be shone on to the veneer to break the bond and removed.
I would suggest you do your research to find a dentist that uses a Erbium yag laser.

Sandeep
Am I a good candidate for dental bonding?
bonding to make teeth look better
Jul 13, 2017
Hi,
This is a great question and you would benefit to having bonding on your canine teeth, as it seems you are missing your lateral teeth. The canine teeth can be disguised to look like lateral teeth and enhance your smile.

Best,
Sandeep

What is this yellow/orange spot on the tip of my tooth?
Yellow/orange spot
Jul 13, 2017
Hi, it seems as though the spot is formed from childhood. This usually results due to having an illness during childhood when the tooth was developing. Its not urgent but should you wish to have treatment for it I would suggest to mask it using a filling material with microabrasion.
