Hi – i would recommend a full evaluation of the face by a provider for a good assessment of what you need
I usually recommend tear trough and/or cheek fillers to initially correct smile lines with a combination of radiofrequency treatments to improve the quality of the skin
uploading a full face photo would also be more helpful
I have loose skin on my neck, and was wondering if microneedling is a good option?

I think adding radiofrequency (Morpheus8) or PRP is a great way to have added benefit for a tighter lift

Hi – sometimes filler dissolves quicker on people than what the studies show
voluma is said to last about 2 years but in my experience its good anywhere from 1-2 years depending on the person

Hi – microneedling does not cause hair growth itself – but if you add it with PRP (platelet rich plasma) in an area that already has hair and want to rejuvenate that area then the PRP will allow it to do so.
Microneeding is excellent for scars, fine lines, wrinkles, decreasing pore size, and overall skin rejuvenation
It works by stimulating collagen and elastin
Are the chemicals in numbing creams for micronedling safe for women who are breastfeeding?
Depends on the ingredients of the numbing cream

Hi – I do perform microneedling on pregnant women – it’s one of the only procedures that are safe in pregnant women and as long as the numb cream involved is safe in pregnancy then you should be ok

There is the possibility that lip filler may work better in helping you correct your gummy smile
As we age we lose lip volume and that results in a more prominent gummy smile appearance

I would suggest a little bit of a neurotoxin on the upper lip to help reduce the gummy smile and a tiny bit of lip filler to do the same
as we age we lose lip fullness and that can contribute to the gummy smile appearance
