Liposuction is a method to regain shape and hence may not produce great weight loss immediately. You can’t see weight loss because every 1.2 litres of aspirate has only 900 grams of fat and that weight reduction to be measured and felt takes 3months. This all happens if you adhere to proper followup protocol your surgeon has advised.
