Hello,
Thank you for your enquiry. There is no strict follow up time and everybody does it differently. However, for rhinoplasty surgery, I follow up my own for 1-3 years because it takes over a year for the tissues to settle and most of my colleagues that I know of are doing the same. I think it would make sense if your doctor sees you again.

There is no definite right or wrong answer, so what I am saying is just my personal professional opinion. Your labiomental fold sits slightly high and has a slight convexity (=depth). My own preference would be to move the bone forward instead of an implant to reduce the risk of an overpowering chin following surgery.
I would suggest to discuss this with your surgeon who has more information about you than I.

It would be a good idea to discuss this with your dentist or maxillofacial surgeon first, since bite problems are usually corrected surgically with moving the jaw which will also alter the chin. If there is no need for surgery to correct the bite, a genioplasty might be a good option for you to bring the chin forward and downwards.

There is some laxity in the jowl area, and there are early nasolabial folds. You might be a good candidate for a facelift. Because you are quite young for this procedure, I would maybe wait a few years. A thread lift is an alternative but doesn’t last much longer than 3 months.
I would suggest to confirm this with your surgeon.

In my view, the appearance is good and I would not recommend surgery. If you are worried about skin, then a thigh lift would be most appropriate. This would leave a scar on your inner upper thigh.
