Hello and thank you for your question.  For the ultimate waistline, you would benefit from a tummy tuck with a BBL; the reason being is that your skin in your lower abdomen is stretched out and has stretch marks and that is unlikely to snap back after liposuction; plus a tummy tuck will help cinch your stomach muscles to give you a tighter waistline.  Do not get a tummy tuck if you’re not done having children. Hello and thank you for your question. Vectra 3D is an approximation, but does not accurately show what each surgeon can achieve. Hello and thank you for your question.  With the one view that you have sent, I can’t tell.  You would need to send photos of your breasts from the shoulders down to the umbilicus from the front and each side.  Sometimes, an in-person examination is needed to finalize the plan depending on your goals, etc. Also, a lot of the more modern plastic surgeons offer simultaneous breast lift AND implants if you do end up needing lift.  I hope this helps answer your question and best of luck to you….

Hello.  I would need to examine you to know exactly what is going on.  If your right breast is soft and moveable, I would say that it looks like your asymmetry is from bottoming out of your left breast.  That can be fixed with a combination of inferior capsulorrhaphy, possible smile mastopexy (where we cut a wedge of skin in your fold to get rid of excess skin), and possible mesh (only in a really unstable case).  If you do have recurrent capsular contracture, I would want to go over you…
