Thank you for your question. A properly done breast lift with implant placed under the muscle should look excellent and normal.

In my opinion doing a breast lift and placing in implant on top of the muscle at the same procedure causes an increased risk of loss of a areola or nipple tissue due to interference with circulation or blood flow to the nipple areola caused by pressure from the implant against the undersurface of the breast.

Thank you for your question. Your plastic surgeon is correct that potential complications can be higher when to procedures are done at the same time.

Traditionally breast augmentation and breast lift have been done sequentially at 2 different times.

Thank you for your question. You are very well informed-even some Plastic Surgeons are unaware of the Nasojugal grooves!

First, avoid filler injections-they disappoint and can cause serious complications.

The only effective procedure is called a Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Arcus marginalis release and fat grafting (NOT Fat repositioning).

Not many do this procedure so do your searching and be specific.

I have been doing Canthopexy for 35 years and have never had a patient have blurred vision.

That said, tightening the lower eyelid with a canthopexy can put slight pressure on the eyeball and cause temporary blurred vision theoretically-but I have never seen it.

Press gently on your eyeball and see if your vision is blurered.

Thank you for your question. If your nipple lies above the level of your inframammary crease, or the fulled under your breast, and breast implants alone may be all that you need.

Of course and in person examination my board-certified plastic surgeon is necessary to properly advise you.

However based on the side view on the right side if the left side looks similar my guess is that breast implants alone may be all that you need.

If you wish to have the asymmetry between your to breast corrected you will need a lift on the right or lower side to improve symmetry with the opposite breast.

If you are comfortable with the asymmetry and you can simply have breast augmentation but be aware the asymmetry or the difference between the 2 sides will increase after breast augmentation.

First I would avoid injectable fillers in the eyelid is #1 they will not improve the concern you have and #2 they can have significant dangerous complications.
From your photographs I see 2 issues. #1 the muscle contractions when you smile cause the wrinkling out at the corner of the eye. Botox in the outside corner of the eyelid can lessen the wrinkling that you see which is often called crows feet.

Depending upon the volume enhancement that you desire fat transfer can certainly be an option for you. Understand that enlargement larger than 200 cc often requires a second fat transfer procedure. In addition you need to consider donor site morbidity, which means that has to be harvested and if you are not overweight removing fat can leave a visible depression in the area of the fat is removed from.

My own experience in opinion is that there are benefits to performing a full face lift with neck lift at the same procedure so that symmetrical improvement of the entire face can be achieved when the full procedure is done.

You do not have excess skin on the upper eyelids are puffiness of the lower eyelids.

I interpret your question to me and how to make less of the white portion of the I visible.

A procedure called a canthoplasty or canthopexy will lift the lower eyelid and lessen the appearance of the white sclera. Consult an experience board-certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon with experience in this technique.

Up I would certainly try Botox injections into the 11s between the eyebrows and in the crows feet area. Botox injections in these areas can give you 6 mm of brow elevation. I certainly would avoid the scarring of a brow lift at this age.

In addition your upper eyelid covers the upper part of your iris which suggests that you have ocular ptosis. I would consult an ophthalmologist to diagnose whether or not you have ptosis and whether surgery would help.

Thank you for your question. Of course you should have a consultation with an expert in fact transfer to the breast, which I am not.

However obtaining the survival of the fat transfer larger than 250 cc almost always requires a second fat transfer treatment. Based on your history you will certainly want at least 400 cc enlargement to compensate for the loss of your implants.
