Thanks for your question. İt would be preferable to receive less grefts then they have already received from your donor area via the pictures which i could see. Minoxidil or finasteride can not help you since today. You have to discuss with an plastic surgeon for the next micropigmentation in order to cover the donor area through your body hair or beard. İ should to see your donor area before i pronounce to you a number of grefts that you need. Show me your donor area (back of your neck (Nape)) in order to be able to estimate the realistic number of grefts that we should get .

I have already done the second hairtransplant FUE (Manual Punch) with 3200 grefts to our french patient who has been operated with FUT method in France 4 years ago.

I always recommend my patients to keep using Finasteride during 1 year post-operation but i dont know why he said you to interrupt finasteride before some days from your hairtransplant.Thanks
