Have you tried booking an appointment with a dentist? I’m sure they will be able to help you. A full exam needs to be done and perhaps braces or veneers depending on what the xrays look like. Regular visits every 6 months to the dentist are a must to ensure good oral health.

How long would it take Invisalign to close these gaps in my teeth?

More information is neccessary to estimate the time, what does the posterior teeth look like? What do Xrays of the full mouth look like? Many other factors will determine time it takes to accomplish your goals.

You cannot make an assessment with a panoramic. You have to Trust your dentist. Implants have to be placed where there is bone. Sometimes they are placed at angles and the posts correct these angles. Internal sinus lifts are done in the premolar area routinely. If you are not having any issues why worry and ask others opinions. You should Trust and ask your dentist these questions.

First get the invisalign cleared by your tmj doctor. If you have had braces before then invisalign should be able to move your teeth but get a scan, have someone check out your joints First and make sure none of the teeth are ankylosed and you should get a nice result! Good luck!!

Veneers, lumineers can look bulky, depending on the case. Its not for everycase. Veneers would look more natural but good. Sometimes you can obtain the best results when you prep the teeth just a little.

Call your doctor, they may be able to reorder them for you. How did it crack? Are you eating with them? They don’t usually crack.
