Over the last 10 years, I've performed cosmetic cases upon people from pretty much all professions and stations in life that you can imagine. Sure there are those that will judge you, but those people are few. Do what feels right to you and don't worry what others think. Keep in mind that this really isn't anyone else's business, and anyone that has had braces or their earlobes pierced has also had cosmetic surgery.Good luck and best wishes.

After 2 years, likely no further improvement to the symmetry will occur. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Based on your photos, my suggestion would be to have the scars excised and potentially inject kenalog at the same time to prevent recurrence of these hypertrophic scars. Though the incisions will roughly be the same size or slightly larger, the wounds can be closed under minimal tension in layers. Based on your anatomy and the 'wish' photos, I feel that a skilled plastic surgeon should be able to give you results that will make you very happy. Find someone in your area and go in for an in person consultation. Discuss the results you desire, and look at before and after photos. Based on your anatomy, a simple upper blepharoplasty should address your concerns. If performed properly, the incisions will likely be completely hidden in your eyelid crease while removing the tissue bulk and skin laxity. I doubt that a brow lift would be necessary based on your photos. Find a plastic surgeon near you and discuss your concerns. Likely the eyelid lift can be done in the office under local anesthesia. Building additional muscle tone can be beneficial both before and after gynecomastia surgery. You do not have a modest degree of breast ptosis (sagging). A mastopexy can obtain a more youthful lifted shape. However, this comes at the expense of scarring. Oftentimes, this trade off gives patients a result that they love, but the decision is an important one. I would suggest finding a plastic surgeon in your area and discuss your concerns and desires. Unfortunately liposuction alone or Kybella will not address this degree of skin laxity. The best results will be obtained with a neck lift combined with a lower facelift. This procedure will allow excess skin to be removed and muscles tightened to alleviate the laxity both from a superficial and foundational standpoint. Any modality that does not remove excess tissue and tighten muscles will not obtain satisfactory results.best wishes and good luck

The short answer is yes. Most times both of these scars will be easily removed by placing the incision below the lower horizontal incision and removing all skin and fat from this incision to slightly above the belly button. The umbilicus is then left attached to your abdominal wall and brought out through a new incision. During the same procedure, separated muscles can also be repaired and additional lipo can be performed if needed for a better contour.Best wishes

Based on your photos, I feel that a tummy tuck would be very beneficial. This would allow you to not only have a smaller waist with better curves, but also less skin laxity and correction of the separation of your abdominal muscles. Most times this should give results that last a lifetime as most surgeons such as myself use permanent sutures that remain indefinitely. However, things such as large weight fluctuations and exercising the abdominal muscles too soon after a tummy tuck can affect the tightness. Though I start patient back exercising at 3 to 4 weeks, I do not recommend any direct core work for 3 months.Best wishes and good luck.

Many of my tummy tuck patients have had laparoscopic surgery at some point in their lives, and great results can still be obtained. Laparoscopic surgery does not significantly alter the important post op blood flow for a tummy tuck.
