22 year old man treated with Rhinoplasty. Patient did not like the size and shape of his nose, claiming it was flat and very "ethnic" looking. He underwent open septorhinoplasty using ear cartilage and fascia grafts to support the tip of the nose. Surgery was able to reduce the size of his nostrils and created a defined tip.
