Your small dent can absolutely be fixed. If you have some additional fat on your abdomen or inner thighs, it can be harvested, either under general or local sedation, and placed into the dent. Sculptra is an option as well but not as organic or natural feeling for the first month or so until everything settles. You could proceed with your procedure now, but wouldn’t recommend gaining more that the 150 lbs you are at bow. The fat could be liposuctioned from your abdomen, flanks, and back to give you a taught, snatched waist and an incredibly voluptuous booty.
