Hi there, and thank you for your questions.  You will not see immediate results after Botox is injected.  It typically takes 5-7 days (and up to 14 days).  To obtain a chemical brow lift, Botox is injected at the fusion line (where the obicularis oculi and the frontalis muscle meet).

a great candidate for a breast augmentation, and I would not change anything
with your nipples. You need to schedule a consultation with a board-certified
plastic surgeon (cosmetic surgeon is not the same thing) and do your research
i.e. patient reviews, before and after photos, etc. Through an exam and
measurements, your breast surgeon will help choose the best implants for your

Thank you for question. You will find varying opinions on this. There are definite hard indications i.e. lid laxity. In my practice, I always do a canthopexy because it adds very lid time to the procedure and it is much easier to prevent ectropion than it is to correct it.

Thank you for your question and pictures. There is not a real correlation between cc and cup size. There are several reasons for this: (1) how much breast tissue is present to start (2) the profile of the implant and most importantly, the lack of consistency with bra manufacturers i.e. vanity sizing.

Thank you for your question and pictures. Breast augmentation is limited by your anatomy i.e., the width of the breast and the distance between the breast and nipple position (laterally). Your photo presents asymmetry, with the left side being more ptotic. You can achieve your desired fullness. However, You don’t need a full lift, but your breast is asymmetrical, so a periareolar lift on your left side may be needed for symmetry. I hope this helps.
