Thanks for your question. The main difference between those implants is really the base diameter. A volume of 50 mL is not that big of a difference. The base diameter measurement should be based on your body type. Too wide of an implant can lead to problems with synmastia, or breasts that are too wide. The pain you are experiencing maybe multifactorial. Usually diastasis recti is not painful. Your abdominal wall hernias could be causing discomfort as the pulling sensation from the peritoneal fat causes pain especially with increased exercise. I would have the inguinal and umbilical hernia repaired laparoscopically by general surgeon. In your case, you may be able to avoid the lift with a somewhat fuller sized implant, however, the implants will eventually settle down and will result in a more natural lower breast look. This is a great question and one that I am asked a lot. Anesthesia is safe at any age but depends on the length of total anesthesia and the preoperative health or comorbidities of the patient. A healthy 70-year-old patient would do very well under anesthesia as opposed to an unhealthy, overweight, diabetic 50 year old. The simple answer is no. You have done a tremendous job in losing weight and getting back to your pre-baby body. A full abdominoplasty would be the best at removing as much excess skin as possible and re-creating the contours and a nicely set belly button. You have minimal upper eyelid skin excess and there is slightly more droop on the right compared to the left. However, you are very young and while I wouldn’t say absolutely not to an eyelid lift, I do think you would be better off trying to lift the lids with Botox first. Thanks for your question. You do not have a tuberous breast deformity. You’ll get a nice result with an appropriately sized implant. You do have a short distance from the bottom of the areola to the fold but this will improve and elongate over time. Especially when some mild scoring of the lower pole and release of muscle is performed during your surgery. Ask your surgeon about this specifically. You should not need anything other than an implant alone. Good luck.

Generally, implants can take up to a year to fall into appropriate position. It is not uncommon for one to sometimes fall faster than the other. If it has been over a year it is unlikely to change any further and discussing this with your Plastic Surgeon is important. You should be able to resume normal lower body powerlifting exercises after sufficient healing from under the muscle breast augmentation. However, as you mentioned, chest exercises will be somewhat restricted. Have you discussed the possibility of going over the muscle with your surgeon? About half of my power builders choose this as an option to decrease animation during competitions and shows.
