Hi Chris. The he picture you provide as what you want your teeth to look like is of porcelain veneers. Maybe you should consider getting veneers?Best,Dr. Alperslperdmd.com
I have a total of 45 trays. I’ve been Googling and it seems to be 2 weeks per tray. My doctor told me
Check with your Dr

Hi Chilly. You should check with your doctor. While its typical to change every week it is possible that you Doctor does want you to change every week. But please make sure first. Changing every week without being instructed by your dr could cause serious problems. Hope that helps.Dr AlperAlperdmd.com
I lost my 3rd tray of Invisalign on day 2 of wearing them and can’t get in touch with my doctor.
Go back to previous set and hold

Hi Lauren. I I understand you lost your aligners on the 2nd day of wearing them. You should go back to wearing the previous set and let your doctor know. If you can’t immediately contact him or her just keep wearing the 1st set until you are able to. Do do not skip ahead. You could cause problems if you do. Hope this answers your question. Best, Dr Steven Alper.
Metal ceramic crown on implant looks grayish and unnatural, Can it be done better?
Yes it can be made better.

Indeed these cases are difficult, but from the photos you posted, I think there is room for improvement. Often Zirconia is too opaque, and metal is gray. There are other material options that provide better esthetics on anterior teeth.
What can I do to help my two front teeth?
Invisalign or Braces would straighten your teeth.

Check with your dentist, but you look like a great candidate for braces, or Invisalign. Either one would straighten your teeth and give you a beautiful smile.
Should I have all lower teeth crowned?
Dont fix if not broken.

It is possible and does make sense. But first, are there signs of wear or breakage on the lower teeth. If there are you may need to crown them. If there are no signs of wear or breakage than probably you can leave them. It is common to have porcelain on one arch and natural teeth on the other without any problems.
DENTIST ADVICE: brown stains on well brushed/white front teeth? Will whitening tooth paste remove them
Whitestrips work better than “whitening” toothpaste.

Whitening toothpaste usually just has abrasives that may scratch the teeth and make them even more susceptible to staining. You are much better off using some whitening strips and a mild toothpaste.
