Thank you for the photos. If this is puffiness, then fat won't work well in this area. Do you smoke by any chance? Smokers sometimes get puffiness under the eyes that is difficult to treat. If it's hollowness unrelated to skin changes, then I would recommend fat transfer.

The best fat for transfer will come from the abdomen flanks, or medial thigh. There is no reason why liposuction from the chin (I assume you mean submental area -- beneath chin?), but the fat cells there may not possess the same qualities as the other common spots used for transfer. Hence, the survivability of those cells may be inferior.

This can be imporved with transfer to the temples, forehead, and pre-auricalar area. Just about every "peanut head" I see after transfer elsewhere benefits from more fat to the adjacent areas, rather than removing fat. If you must remove fat, do NOT use Kybella. It is imprecise. You must see someone who uses microcannulas and knows what they are doing.

Thank you for the photos. For the most part, you look pretty balanced. The nostril can use a rim graft, and conservative fat transfer to the zygomatic arch and under the eyes and temples can give you a more "model-esque" face, but these are fine points.

1) Dermal fat grafting under the eye -- avoid. Nobody does this anymore. Creates deformities.
2) Pearl fat grafting -- avoid. Same as #1
3) Fat grafting (free/micronized) is the gold standard if performed properly. Nano fat is used to improve skin, not volume.
